Most people try to change their life using talk therapy, affirmations, journaling, or vision boards.

Those tools can help you feel better in the moment but they don’t create lasting change on their own.

It’s like putting a rug over a hole in your floor.
The room looks cleaner. You feel productive. Things seem better.

But the hole is still there.
And eventually, you forget about it, step in the same spot, and fall right back into the pattern you’ve been trying to get rid of.

The problem isn’t the rug.
The problem is the hole.

That hole is your subconscious programming aka the beliefs you picked up from past experiences like “I have to stress to make money,” “love is chaotic,” or “rest isn’t safe.” As long as those beliefs stay in place, you will keep reacting, feeling, and creating your life from them(!!!) no matter how much you talk about the problem or try to think more positively.

This is why you can do years of talk therapy, learn all the right tools, and feel like you’re making progress…
but then one comment from your parent triggers you the exact same way it always has.
That’s not because you’re failing.
It’s because the deeper pattern (the hole) hasn’t been repaired yet.

Talk therapy helps you understand why you feel this way.
Mindset tools help you feel better for a moment.
But neither actually repairs the belief driving the reaction.

My work focuses on fixing the foundation.
